Hi All,

I am subletting my gorgeous room in a low-rise building in Escondido village for July and August.
Please let me know if you are interested/would like to visit.

The apartment has a spacious living room and cute patio with table and chairs for outside brunches.
The room comes with a queen bed and a very large closet (and everything else you can see on the picture).

You would share the apartment with my quiet female roommate.
