Spacious room in Menlo park available for rent!

We currently are looking for a third roommate for our 3 bedroom apartment in Menlo park.

The apartment is two floors - the first floor has the living room, kitchen and one bedroom with attached bathroom. The second floor, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. We are looking for someone to take the second bedroom upstairs. The room is very spacious with a main bedroom and then an attached sun room. In the pictures, the bed is in the attached sunroom! The couch photo is from the bedroom which is for rent.

The apartment is in walking distance to Safeway, downtown Menlo park, Trader Joes, and the Menlo Park Caltrain station. We are also a 5 min drive to Stanford shopping center and downtown Palo Alto. There is a covered parking spot available to rent or ample street parking.

About the roommates!!

Amy and Julia both work in neuroscience. Amy is finishing her PhD at Stanford, and Julia is working at a private biotech company in Menlo Park. We are looking for a clean, chill, financially stable person who likes cats!!

IMPORTANT

WE HAVE TWO CATS. Our roommate needs to be a cat lover and be mindful not to leave the doors open and/or anything on the ground they might eat. We are NOT open to any additional pets
