It is located just off Thornton St in Newark and is roughly a 25 min drive from Stanford. The home was built less than a year ago and please note that the pictures were taken from the model home when the landlord purchased the home.

The bedroom is unfurnished but it comes with a furnished common space and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Rent is $1,100 and a lease of at least one year is required. First month and a security deposit ($1,100) are required. The landlord pays all garbage, but we are responsible for heat, AC, electricity, and internet services (which we are budgeting $50-75 per person).

A little bit about us - We are two individuals that work in the healthcare industry. We are fairly quiet and typically keep it to ourselves but do socialize when we are free.
