I'm a male graduate student at Stanford in my mid-20s, looking to move into a new place beginning mid-August, for upwards of 6 months to a year, possibly longer. Strong preference for places within walking/biking distance of Stanford, availability of parking, in-house laundry facilities, ready-furnished units, and approximately $1200/mo in rent.

I'm quiet, clean and fairly self-contained. I cook small meals for myself on occasion, I don't own any pets, and I prefer Friday night beers and card/board games over large parties.
