Hello! Looking for a reliable sublet for my standard studio in EV this summer.

Housing information:

-Location: Studio 5 in EV, see photos here at https://rde.stanford.edu/studenthousing/escondido-village-studios.
-Floor: 4 (elevator in the building)
-Occupancy: 1-2 people (no gender limit)

-What's inside: king-size bed, big desk, closet, book shelf, sofa (good for 2 people), kitchen, bathroom (shower and tub). Humidifier, kitchen appliances, microwave, water kettle.

-Free access and very close to: computer cluster, lounge for party, laundry room, Stanford Marguerite Shuttle stop right outside the apartment that takes you to most places on campus and also Walmart/Target/Safeway....

Rental information:

-Available period: 7/22-8/26 (prefer people who can rent this whole period but shorter than this is also fine)
-Rent: $50/day, total cost will be pro-rated based on the length of stay.

-Requirement:

1. Must be Stanford-affiliated for contracting (need to show proof of Stanford affiliation)
2. Clean up upon move-out such that the room is at the same condition on move-in (I will also clean up before your move-in)
