Quick 20-30 minutes bike ride to Stanford, walking distance to Caltrain, and downtown.
“kitchenette” area with kitchen sink and a small granite counter, cabinets, microwave and a big fridge, stoves.
The apartment has 3 laundry machine.
Free parking in big garage under the apartment.

Share gas and electro and Wi-Fi, Utilities average $100/month, every month is different (caused by the gas, electro is a little bit different, use gas less in summer and more in winter). Utilities are shared by all 3 housemates at the end of each month.
The total rental fee is $1200 (for this room)+Wi-Fi ($81.79/3)+gas/electro (each month is different) per month. Security Deposit is $1200.
The Room is available on August 21th to October 25th in 2018.
