Our apartment is on the north side of the building facing away from the street. Fully furnished kitchen, high speed internet, on-site laundry/dryer. No smoking or pets.
The bedroom with a shared bathroom is going for $1,200/month. The master bedroom on the other side of the apartment is going for $1,330/month.
