My housemates and I graduated in Masters of Computer Science a few years back from Stanford and we are all founders of Venture Capital funded startup companies in Silicon Valley. We are looking for a 5th housemate. We prefer longer term housemates, but we can also work with shorter terms. Longer term may include a small discount in rent.

The rent will be $1650 with estimated $350 in utilities for total of $2000. Our utilities charge covers the following:

1. Internet connectivity
2. Electricity, water, gas, garbage
3. A housekeeper who comes weekly cleans the house, does all the dishes, takes our garbage and will also clean your room and do your laundry if you wish.
4. A bunch of basic household supplies - cleaning material, paper towels, disposable plates etc.

If you want to live in a large, luxurious home in Palo Alto that is close to everything, yet secluded. This is the perfect place.
