The apartment has a large shared kitchen (two fridges, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, cooking utensils, etc.) and living room (couch, dining area). Laundry is free and on-site.

The three other bedrooms are occupied by women graduate students. All are in their early to mid-20s, friendly, and respectful.
