Short-term lease from Available now - Jan 11, 2019

I live in one bedroom & 1 bathroom apartment in Americana Apartments (707 Continental Cir, Mountain View, CA 94040).
My 1 year contract will be terminated on Jan 11, 2019. But I'm moving to another area. I'm looking for someone who can take the lease until Jan 11, 2019. I think the current rent is more than $3250 now for this apartment, but I'm asking for $2900 including everything like gas, electricity, water, etc. Not furnished. (The pictures are from the apartment website). I can leave some basic stuffs like kitchen appliance. I think if you would like to live here longer, you can sign a 1 year lease for this unit with the management office later.

It's a very clean and nice apartment. ACs are in the living room and the bedroom. Washer and dryer are in the unit.
