My roommate will be moving out of our apartment on August 31st and I am looking for someone to take her place. Monthly rent will be $1700 and utilities are not included ($50 a month on average per person). The landlord pays for hot/cold water and the utilities will cover the rest (gas, electricity, sewer).

You will be sharing the apartment with a young female professional working at Stanford University (me). The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (the available bedroom will be unfurnished) and a shared bathroom, along with a furnished living room and kitchen.

The location is fantastic:

• 2 blocks to year-round Farmer's Market, grocery store, California Ave restaurants and shops
• 0.5 miles to Caltrain and 2 miles walking/biking distance to Stanford
• 1 mile away from Town & Country Square (Trader Joe's, CVS, etc.), 2 miles from Downtown Palo Alto

• 1 reserved covered carport space
• 1 reserved indoor locker room for additional storage.

No pets, no smoking allowed. Looking to live with females only!

About your new roommate: I'm a young, working professional at Stanford University. I work a typical 8-9 hour work day and I like to watch Netflix, hang out with friends, and bake on the weekends. I'm looking for a quiet, tidy, respectful housemate. Short-term guests are fine, but no long-term guests past 10 days.
