My roommate will be moving out of our apartment on August 31st and I am looking for someone to take her place. Monthly rent will be ~$1700 and utilities are not included. The landlord pays for hot/cold water and the utilities will cover the rest (gas, electricity, sewer).

You will be sharing the apartment with a young female professional working at Stanford University (me). The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (the available bedroom will be unfurnished) and a shared bathroom, along with a furnished living room and kitchen.

The location is fantastic:

• 2 blocks to year-round Farmer's Market, California Ave restaurants and shops
• 0.5 miles to Caltrain and 2 miles walking/biking distance to Stanford
• 2 miles to downtown Palo Alto

Other amenities:

• washer/dryer on site
• 1 reserved covered carport space
• 1 reserved indoor locker room for additional storage.

No pets, no smoking, no long-term guest stays over 10 days. Female roommate wanted!

About your new roommate: I'm a working professional at Stanford University. I am looking for a quiet, respectful, tidy roommate to share the apartment with. I work a normal 8-9 hour workday and on weekends, I like to watch Netflix and hang out with friends on the weekends. I'm okay with short-term guests as long as they don't become live-in roommates.
