I know how difficult it is to find a good place to stay around here these days. I have provided a room to Stanford students, people starting out in their SV work lives, for a few years now with good success overall.

It is a fully furnished room, shared bathroom, in a nice house in a nice neighborhood. Tenant welcome to use the kitchen and general living areas. Close to downtown PA, easy parking. Washer/Dryer available to use in unit.

I am a divorced, retired man who consults part time for non-profits. My adult children are millenials, so I have some appreciation for the cohort.
