I am looking for a female to sublease my room starting October 15, 2018- November 30, 2018. The move in and move out date is flexible, but I would prefer someone staying at least for a month. I am travelling to Nepal from Mid-October to Late November and that is why I am subleasing my room.

The apartment is at good location with ~10 minutes walk to the San Antonio Caltrain station, walking distance to the San Antonio shopping center. There is Walmart, Target, Kohls, Trader Joe's, Milk Pail Market, Safeway etc., all within 10 minutes walking distance.

This is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment and I have a female roommate. She is a working professional and she is one of the best and cleanest roommates I have ever had. This is the reason why I want to continue staying with her when I am back.
