We are looking to sublease our Private 2bed/2 bath apartment next to the Sunnyvale Caltrain station from mid-October until mid-January (the end of our lease).

Total price is $3000 for the entire apartment, but if you have a roommate, the cost per person will be lower. Preference is given to someone who can stay through the end of our lease in January. Plus utilities to be billed separately per month.

Apartment is gated and privately located on the third floor and is a 5 minute walk to the Sunnyvale caltrain station/ historic Murphy st./Sunnyvale farmer's market.

Apartment will be lightly furnished since we are moving to a new place but can't take everything right away.
