Everything is new and clean, and the new windows keep out noise and temps very well. New faux hardwood throughout, except in bathroom and kitchen where there is very nice stone tile and stone details. Extra tall assigned parking space with assigned storage closet at space (perfect for camping/climbing rig). Coin operated W/D, nice pool, community grill/picnic area. Street parking is usually plentiful. No pets in this unit. One outstanding thing about this place is a resident coordinator lives on site (its only 35 units or so) and maintenance requests are handled super fast, like day of!
