Available from Sept 30 - December 16. $1145 per month.

Can leave linens and kitchen supplies.

Will prioritize sublettors for the FULL/MAJORITY of the sublet period. These units are in high demand as they are new, private, and very affordable for what you get.

There will an additional security deposit of $500, fully refundable at the end of stay in case of no damage to apartment, and in clean condition. There is also a small technology fee and activity fee ($89 total). I have had three previous sublettors who both very much enjoyed living in my place.
