Two bedroom, one bath, with big kitchen and living area. You'd be taking the larger bedroom. It's currently furnished with a full bed, a nice dresser with a ton of storage space, and a couple of wardrobes. You can take or leave the furniture.

Great location - It's on the west side a short walk from an awesome stretch of Mission Street, Cortland (the commercial stretch of Bernal, with gym, yoga, and great cafes and restaurants), and Holly Park (awesome little park full of dogs), and Bernal Hill (sweeping views of the city and water). Parking never more than two blocks away, often closer.

About me: I'm a 29-year-old gay lawyer working for a nonprofit. Like running and hiking with doggo, cooking on weekends. Go out sometimes on weekends, but typically not on weekdays. Politics and history nerd.

Ideally you're a late twenties or early thirties, responsible, low-key dog lover.

The dog in the pictures is Rosie - she loves all people and is extremely friendly. I'd prefer someone who loves dogs but doesn't have one.

Dishwasher, gas stove, laundry is free and a short flight of stairs from the door.
