I’m looking to sublet my room in a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom basement apartment in Menlo Park while I am away collecting data for my dissertation.

The unit contains a large living room, two bedrooms with bathrooms and showers. The bedroom is fully furnished. There is a wet bar, microwave, small refrigerator, sofa and chairs in the living room. Washer and dryer are also in-unit. The location is excellent! Walking time to downtown Palo Alto, Menlo Park and train stations is 15 minutes, and about 20-25 minutes to Stanford. Wi-fi, cable TV and all utilities are included, as well as a cleaning service every two weeks. Please note there is no garage space.

The unit is available for move-in Oct 9 and available until March 22. Rent is $1250/month (utilities included). Looking for a non-smoker, and no pets please.
