We are looking for a roommate to join our 3 bedroom apartment in University South/Down Town Palo Alto available October 1st.

The apartment is in an amazing location; a few blocks from the Palo Alto CalTrain station, shops & restaurants on University Ave, Whole Foods, and close to Stanford. It is in a great neighborhood, with good people, and newly remodeled.

You will have your own room and shower. W/D in unit and utilities are split three ways. There is also ample street parking.
We are two female professionals working in tech and healthcare. We are easy going, quiet, fun and clean. We have two indoor cats and a small 14 pound very friendly jack russell terrier.

We are looking for someone who loves animals and is at ease around them. We try to keep it a stick-free house but sometimes the dog forgets and may require stick removal assistance.

Lease agreement ends July 2019, but may be up for renewal if desired. The landlord requires a rental application fee and cleaning deposit.
