We are looking for someone who is respectful, responsible, clean and willing to keep place the utmost clean. No pets, smoking, drugs. The studio cannot accommodate overnight/frequent guest. $30 for credit check. Invitation letter from Stanford and/or employment verification with application are required. First month's rent and one month deposit required before move in. Utilities costs and WiFi are inclusive. Six month or longer lease preferred, but shorter term will be considered for the right person.
