I am a Stanford student looking to sublease my place as I will be moving to on campus. The house is furnished with high quality furniture and ultra comfortable couches. Executive chair is also included for you to work. The house is spacious and has massive TV and blue-ray with 700+ movies available. The house is 1380$ including EVERYTHING! 4 minutes away from Palo Alto downtown and the legendary Nagi ramen (best ramen ever!). 8 minutes biking to 24 hours Safeway so it's super nice. I love my place but I also cannot turn down the on-campus offer to live close by my girlfriend. People in the house are also friendly. You get maximum privacy as people in the house are focused researchers.
