What we expect from you:

1. Are employed full-time, or are a full-time student with sufficient funds for a bank statement check. Since you will be directly signing the lease with the leasing office.
2. The rooms are only for one person each room, if you have kids, we recommend you to take both rooms for sufficient space. Unfortunately, we cannot have one family with kids to rent one room due to leasing policy.
