Hey all, we're looking to sublet our entire unit at Avalon Dogpatch.
I have a 2 master bedroom available November 10th until June 24th.
We're trying to sublet it at cost including utilities, water, internet, and insurance for $4950/month.
It's a great setup for two roommates/couples with two master bedrooms.
