This is a conversion in a master bedroom with a kitchenette style setup: microwave, oven, fridge.

All cutlery, crockery and linens are provided.

Private entrance, brand new private bathroom. Extra linens and comforters are always available in the unit should you need.

We have a dedicated wifi for the unit. There is a separate laundry room accessible 365/24/7.

Single car parking available in the driveway.

$1600/month + $100 for utilities (includes electricity, hot water, wifi, garbage, heating, gas, cleaning 1/month + move out deep clean). Goes for $2000+ on airbnb so this is a great deal!
