Looking to sublet my Rains apartment from December 14th to January 12th. Full stay preferred.

Rent is $1200/month with a $500 deposit that will be returned to you if the room is in good condition.

• I have a male roommate who is very nice, clean, and quiet.
• The apartment is fully furnished and was recently renovated with new furniture, lighting, fridge, stove, and bathroom.

Apartment features:

• The campus bus stop (free shuttle service) is right in front of the house.
• Quiet location, second floor bedroom
• spacious, clean, private room
• full-sized bed, bedding can be included if preferred
• Fully furnished, including kitchen appliances and dishes (large refrigerator, microwave, pots, pans, etc.)
• Has a sofa, desk, computer chair, table and chairs, among other furnishings
• Natural light through large windows
• 15 minute walk/5 minute bike ride to center of campus
• laundry room near ground floor that you can use for FREE
• 3 minute walk to Ray's Grill restaurant
