We are temporarily renting out one of our bedrooms in our remodeled home in East Palo Alto. Ideal short stay would be around 2-4 weeks but we are flexible and can discuss with you!

Here's some information about our house:

• the bedroom is furnished (bed, closet, desk, chair, lamp and other lighting,..)
• the house was recently remodeled and has large outdoor garden space you can use as well (weather permitting :))
• living room and kitchen would be shared, however you would have exclusive access to your own bathroom
• access to washer, dryer, and kitchen appliances
• 1 parking spot in driveway + street parking available
• we are a laid back and clean couple and would expect you to keep the common spaces clean as well

Pricing:

• $60/night OR
• $1500 for 1 month
