我是Stanford的一名女生，现在想短期出租位于Menlo Park 的一间独立卧室，出租时间12/1/2018至1/15/2019。这是2b2b apartment中的一间，窗户大采光好，小区安全安静，距离Stanford开车10min 骑车20min，距离safeway,TJ等生活超市5min。卧室家具生活用品齐全，可拎包入住。公寓内另有两位女生室友，都是Stanford学生，作息规律易相处。这间卧室租金$1050/月，utilities全包，需要与另一名室友share bathroom。限女生。如果能全部cover出租时间段房租可再议，住不满一个月（最短半个月以上）可以按比例折算。

如果有需要，我也有自行车可免费提供。

I'm a Stanford female student and I'd like to sublet my bedroom in Menlo Park from Dec 1st to Jan 15th with $1050/month. It's a private bedroom in 2b2b apartment, fully furnished, spacious, quiet and clean. It's 2 miles from Stanford campus, 10 min drive/ 20min bike ride to campus, close to Safeway and Trader Joe's. You will have two roommates, both are Stanford female students, nice and quiet, and you will share bathroom with one of them. Full stay preferred. Only for female.
