I am subletting my studio in EV for approximately a month (Dec. 7 - Jan. 4).
The studio is fully furnished with a bed, sofa, desk, portable dishwasher, and kitchen necessities. A laundry room is conveniently located on the 1st floor of the building ad no coins or cards required to use it.
Dates are flexible although I would prefer someone who could stay throughout the period.
The price is $1400 for the indicated period (Dec. 7 - Jan. 4) and includes all utilities. Otherwise, rent is $50/day and will be adjusted to actual days of stay.
Please note that payment must be paid in full upfront with $300 security deposit. The security deposit will be returned if there is no damage.

*You MUST be a Stanford University affiliate in order to sublease. No exceptions.
**Since it is a short stay, I am not planning to move my belongings from kitchen and wardrobe. You are welcome to use any kitchenware or cleaning supplies, etc.
***I can provide actual pictures of my place upon inquires. I will prepare the apartment to be clean for you, and thus, I'm looking for someone who is tidy and responsible to keep the space as you found it as well.
