We are a group of Stanford master students and are looking for cool and friendly folks to winter sublease a bedroom in our quiet, clean and beautiful house near Palo Alto Apple Store.

The bedroom for subleasing is a room with lots of sunshine and a shared bathroom.
The lease period is from Dec 12, 2018 to Jan 5, 2019.
The total rent for the entire period of 24 days is $1,200. We can do shorter period as well and the rent will be pro-rated.

Our lovely house has two floors:

• 3 bedrooms upstairs are all currently available. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom. 2 other bedrooms share a bathroom.
• The living room, kitchen and a half-bathroom are downstairs. There is a lot of space.
• The house also has a patio where you can host parties outdoor.

The house is in perfect location:

• Very close to Stanford campus (5-min drive or 10-min bike)
• Walkable to all the restaurants and coffee shops in downtown Palo Alto
• 5-min drive to Stanford Shopping Center.
