Sofa (convertible to king size bed), High speed internet, full Kitchen, dish washer, queen bedroom, in unit washer/dryer, access to pool and gym, parking, projector, piano, AC/Heater, etc.

You will pay less than 50% of the actual rent I am currently paying.
I will also pay for for utilities, etc.
