Looking to find a clean/respectful subletter for a fully-furnished studio for a short period during winter break.

Rent is $52/day and will be adjusted to actual days of stay. Hence, it is $572 for the proposed 14-25 December. I am a little flexible but prefer someone who could stay throughout the period (and might be able to extend for a few days).

Since it is a short stay, I am not planning to move my belongings from wardrobe. Also kitchen will be fully equipped with personal items as well. You are welcome to use cookware in the apartment, cleaning supplies, etc. I can also provide clean bedding if you need them. However, I want to make it clear that you won't expect apartment to be completely vacated for this short stay.

I can provide additional pictures upon inquires. I will prepare the apartment to be clean and neat for you. Hence, I'm looking for someone who is clean and responsible to keep the space as you found it as well.
