I have a room opening up on Dec 15th in my apartment because my roommate is moving out. Dates could be flexible depending on the renter's need; pro-rated shorter stays are possible.

The room is one the two bedrooms in a spacious 2BR/2BA apartment in Pacific Heights. Bed included, and the renter will have their own bathroom. Beautiful neighborhood, right across the Lafayette Park, and close to Fillmore St (where there are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores) and very close to Marina. It is also very close to a bus stop on Line 1's route so you can easily get to the Financial District area.

The monthly rent is $2100, but it will be calculated based on the duration of the stay. Internet, water, electricity, cleaning are all included in the price.
