Rent is $1,250. plus share of utilities and a $500 deposit.
You’ll share a bathroom (clean, conscientious person wanted for this area) with another male, laundry area, family room with TV. Safe street parking. Very lite kitchen use (microwave only). Bike, helmet, and lock are available for use. Home has a small, quiet dog. (No more animals for the home).
The room may be ideal for an international professional or graduate student. All you need to do is bring yourself and your clothes.
Available for short term: unexpected project requires me to be away for January and February and the room is available for sub-let during these two months.
