The apartment have 3 laundry machine.
Free parking in big garage under the apartment.

Share gas and electro and Wi-FI, Utilities average $40-100/month, every month is different (caused by the gas, electro is a little bit different, use gas less in summer and more in winter). Utilities are shared by all 3 housemates at the end of each month.
The total rental fee is $1200 (for this room)+Wi-Fi ($81.79)+gas/electro (each month is different) per month. Security Deposit is $1200.
