I'm moving out of my room in SOMA to a new place in Twin Peaks, and am looking for someone to take over my month-to-month sublease.

The place is in prime location in SOMA (just off 11th and Howard) on a quiet dead end street away from the hustle, but still within walking distance to Twitter, the Mission and Hayes Valley. The apartment is furnished with in unit washer and dryer, and the kitchen is fantastic. The room is month-to-month and you'd be moving in with two incredible roommates (both Stanford grads).

The room is available now with a move in date before the new year.
