I'm subletting my room in a 3-bedroom/1-bath Escondido Village apartment for the summer. The apartment is fully furnished and has a full kitchen and living room. My two roommates are low-key, clean, and friendly; the apartment is female-designated. My room is the largest of the three bedrooms. The apartment is close to Ray's and walkable to California Ave. Free laundry, wifi, and utilities included. I'm also happy to give you use of my bike during the sublet.

The room is available starting on June 8 through September 24. I may be gone fall quarter as well, so there may be an option to extend the sublet through Dec. 2019.
