Located in Studio 5, in a very green and quite part of campus, less than a mile from California Ave.

The studio is fully furnished with a bed, desk, sofa, and all kitchen necessities.

Move in would be at ~5:15am March 19th (but could receive key on evening of March 18th) — Move out ~5pm on April 17th.

The price is $55 per day for 30 days total (1650$) and includes all utilities

Need to sublet/pay for the entire time period.

I am looking for a tidy, respectful person --- ideal candidate is a current Stanford student, visiting medical student or recent graduate able to meet in person or via Skype

Payment in full upfront with 200$ damage deposit.

You MUST be a Stanford University affiliate in order to sublease. No exceptions.
