I have a bedroom that is going to be available from Jan 10th onwards in Belmont as my roommate is vacating. The apartment is a 2bed/2bath and I currently occupy the other bedroom.

• The current rent is $1185 per person.
• There is plenty of closet space, a large living room and balcony.
• Kitchen has all the amenities including dishwasher.
• Coin operated laundry is available inside the building.
• Grocery stores like Safeway, Lunardis and Carlmont Shopping center are very close (5 mins walk)
• Utility (Garbage and water) is paid by the owner. The tenants pay PG&E.
• Month to month lease but would prefer somebody who can stay for atleast 6 months.
• No smokers and no pets please.
