It's a remodeled living room turned bedroom, $25 per day, $700 per month during January.

A little bit about the room and roommates:

There is no door but a curtain dividing the room and the living room. You will have other 3 female roommates. So we only accept female tenants. All of them are pretty quiet and most of time they will be on campus as well. They have similar sleeping schedule (go to sleep around 12 pm) and they set quiet hours after 10:30 pm. One shared bathroom, and washing machine+dryer shared by residents in the apartment. The room has furniture. (If you don’t want the bedsheets, I can take it away) The neighborhood is pretty quiet as well.
