We (a female and a male, an occupational therapist at Stanford Hospital and a scientist at SLAC) are are looking for a roommate for one bedroom (with shared bathroom) in our 3BR/2B house in the Allied Arts neighborhood in Menlo Park. The house is bright, spacious and comfortable. The room is available on February 1st with a month to month lease. Amenities include a walk-in closet, an off-street parking spot, in-unit laundry, and storage space. The house has a private, enclosed patio with plenty of space that includes bikes, a grill, and a seating area. The common space includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook.he location is pretty ideal for commuting to the med school, on Partridge Ave (a block away from The Oasis, a few houses off El Camino). It is a 10 minute bike ride to the med campus, 0.5 mile to either the Palo Alto or Menlo Park Caltrain stations, and walking distance to Safeway. The available room can easily fit a queen bed, desk, dresser, and has its own walk-in closet (can come furnished on request).
