It is small (200+sqft), bed area is around 10’x9’, may not be the best fit if you are looking for a spacious unit. However, this standalone studio has all basic elements - in-unit laundry, full bath, countertop area, hanging closet, mini-fridge. Tradeoffs are made like compact bath space, smaller sink, smaller room area. It is for single occupancy.

Location:
The studio is very conveniently located (in a quiet neighborhood near the Philz coffee at Loma Verde Ave), within walking distance to a neighbourhood grocery store, biking distance to Palo Alto Wholefoods, University Ave, Stanford, CalTrain station, Google main campus, Quad campus, Palo Alto campus.

Rental Agreement:
3+ month lease prefered.
Cleaning and Security deposit $800 (fully refundable on move-out)
Unfortunately, no kitchen or stove in the studio. However, you will have a microwave and a mini refrigerator.
Basic furnitures (twin size bed frame or loft bed, chairs, desk, mini-fridge, microwave) are available upon request. You are welcome to have your own as well.
Easy street parking
No pets allowed, unfortunately.

If you want to use this studio as a commuter’s home (stay 4-5 days a week during weekdays), please contact for a lower commuter’s home pricing.
