One bedroom available for sublet in amazing house from March 4 to May 15. Everything about this place is incredible, and I am very sad to be leaving. The available room is huge, about 16 ft x 12 feet with a giant closet, built in book shelves, and two sunny windows. Also, the house is incredible. It is 4 bedrooms/2.5 baths, with two livings rooms, a giant kitchen with gas stove (two refrigerators), garage for storage, washer/dryer, a sunny backyard, a quaint courtyard, plenty of parking for a car, and even a home gym. The location is great, as well. Right on Santa Cruz Ave, about a 3 minute walk to downtown menlo park, and just about a mile from Stanford- perfect for a bike ride. There are three other roommates (all male), who are all doctors. Roommates are kind, respectful, fun, surgery residents at Stanford hospital. If interested, please pass along your available dates as well as a little bit about yourself. Hopefully it will be a good match! The price per month is $1,600.00, not including utilities. Depending on dates I will certainly pro-rate the rent. The room will come with a bed, but will otherwise be unfurnished. The rest of the house will be furnished. You would share a bathroom with one other roommate. The bathroom is enormous with two sinks and a very, very nice shower.
