My wife and I are moving out of our current apartment in San Mateo. We are looking for a 1-bedroom property for rent, preferably located within cycling distance of Stanford University's School of Medicine and Hospital area.

I am a Research Scientist in the School of Medicine. My wife is a classical musician and teacher, who runs her own music studio in Menlo Park.
