Hello potential subletter,

I'm looking for a cordial, responsible woman to sublet my bedroom for two months in a 5-bedroom house located in the Palo Alto district, Midtown. Ideally, move-in date is 02/15 but I'm flexible. Asking for a $500 security deposit that will be refunded when you move out.

-located in a quiet, residential neighborhood
-bedroom has one queen bed, a dresser, nightstand, side table, an Ikea-built wardrobe, and one big window
-4 ambitious and well-connected women roommates
-1 shared bathroom for 4 roommates (incl. yourself)
-spacious backyard with lemon, lime, orange, and fig trees and a hammock!
-street parking which is very easy to find
-washer and dryer
-walking distance from Midtown (CVS, Safeway, Palo Alto cafe) and California Avenue (Caltrain station, Mollie Stone's, varied eateries and cafes)
-10-15 min. drive / bikeable / 2.1 mi from Stanford campus i.e. dependent on where you're going
-10 min. drive from Downtown Palo Alto
