Both room and house are already fully furnished with in-house laundry room, high speed internet and central heating (no AC).

The room: quite large with great lighting from its large window. Queen sized bed with memory foam topper (very comfortable), large size desk with comfy ergonomic desk chair and 2 “smart” desk lamps. Dark brown leather chaise bench. 2 small cherry oak dressers. A 2x3 ft black bookshelf. Walls are tastefully decorated with artwork and dark wood shelves throughout. Closet space with 2 shelves (top and bottom) with plenty of storage space.

The home has beautiful hardwood floors throughout the house except kitchen (beige stone tile). Again, is fully furnished. Living space with dark brown, super comfortable theater-like reclinable leather couches, a big screen TV with 7.1 surround sound system and streaming capabilities for all your apple devices, PS3 gaming console with Bluray player and video streaming from your favorite platform including netflix, Hulu, Prime etc. Home is also equipped with smart LED lighting throughout.

The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, all modern energy-efficient stainless steel appliances including dual door fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Kitchen is also fully equipped with every cooking utensil etc you may ever need. You wouldn't have to bring anything.

We also have our own in-house full size laundry room with washer and dryer available for your use anytime.

We also have a nice large patio with a BBQ grill with grilling equipment/utensils for your use. There’s a zen garden courtyard out front with benches for your pleasure outdoor reading adventures. House is surrounded by trees and nice landscape all around.

Unfortunately, City of Menlo Park has a “No street parking O/N” ordinance (2am-5am enforced). There are no parkings spots available in the driveway or garage. But there’s a free parking lot 2 blocks over, our family and friends always park there without any issues whatsoever.

The location:
Super easy commuter access. We're a 10 min walk to either Menlo Park or Palo Alto train stations. Also a 15 min walk to down town Palo Alto. Aprox 5 min bike ride to Stanford Shopping center. A 10 min bike ride (door-to-door) to the Stanford hospital. You will have almost immediate access to the 101 freeway. Only 30 min drive away from SFO and San Jose airports, but you can always get to your next world destination via public transportation, which awesome!

The community is a super safe, gorgeous neighborhood with facilities including tennis courts, olympic size pool (converted to indoors during the winter months), baseball field, soccer field, a skate park, outdoor and indoor basketball courts at the Arriaga gymnasium. The library is only a 10 min walk or less from the house. There’s also a running trail accessible only a few yards away from the house where from the comfort of our home you can always witness a never-ending sighting of physical activity with people running, biking, walking their dogs, etc. day and night, literally.
