2 rooms with a bathroom available in house in West Menlo Park. Beautiful outdoor area, 2 miles to Stanford University, Downtown Menlo Park and Palo Alto. 1250$ per room monthly.
Rent includes: all utilities (water, electricity, garbage..) internet, laundry. There will be extra fee of 60$ per month for cleaning the rooms once a week (total per month is $1310).
Rooms are furnished with: bed, Sofa, Desk, Fridge, Table and chairs, Closet. Extra storage area, parking, one of the rooms has TV. No kitchen, but there are a small fridge,rice cooker, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee maker and microwave.
No smoking or pets allowed, limited visitors.
They are available on April 1st.
