Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my 1BD/1BA 1 year lease in a 3BD/2BA - NO SUBLETS. The lease ends at the beginning of May; however, if you want to move in June or July that is totally fine too and we can work something out!

I currently live with 2 wonderful roommates (females). They are both research assistants at Stanford. The apartment includes a dishwasher and an in-unit washing/drying machine. The apartment complex has several pools and 2 gyms. There is one parking spot available for our apartment. One of my roommates has a cat; he's really nice and doesn't bother at all. Both of my roommates are clean, super nice, and considerate of others. The apartment is already furnished, there are pots, pans, silverware, TV, book shelf etc. I would be willing to sell my furniture. It's all brand new, so if you're interested in buying my room furniture let me know and I can give you a price.
