Grocery stores are walking distance. Safe neighborhood. Current roommates are male professionals who work in Redwood City. Washer and dryer in unit. Bathroom is shared with one other roommate. If you need furniture, you may be able to buy whats in there now for a reasonable price. Small pets may be allowed.
