Furnished private bedroom & bathroom available for the summer (June 9-September 21; start/end dates are somewhat flexible if you don't need it the whole time) in Stanford's Munger Graduate Residences. This is in a 4-bedroom all-male suite with shared kitchen (2 refrigerators), dining area, and common area. This unit is located directly across Nathan Abbott Way from Stanford Law School. Monthly rent includes utilities and free laundry machine use, but please note: two one-time fees apply for the summer quarter: a $71 technology fee (includes Wifi - router located in bedroom), plus a $25 activities fee (frequent free food/events in Munger throughout the summer).

Room is clean and has plenty of natural light. There is a double bed and a desk & chair, along with bookshelves and a nightstand. Large built-in closet will have space available for your belongings. Photos available upon request. Clean/orderly and non-smoking occupant will be preferred.

NOTE: Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
